BOURBON ORANGE MUSTARD

Grind:

  • 2 tb mustard seeds (I used brown)
  • 1 ½ tsp mustard powder

Put in mixing bowl and add 2 tb water. Allow to breathe for 3 to 4 hours.

Then mix in:

  • 2 tb frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 ½ tsp bourbon
  • 1 tb brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dried orange or tangerine peel
  • 1/8 tsp salt
